Cancelation policy
Generally, the final confirmation of reservations requires 30% payment of the total reservation price that you pay till the specified date. Other fees shall be paid by bank transfer before the arrival or in cash upon arrival. Written or oral cancellation is possible. In this case, we reserve the right to reimbursement:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total reservation
- 14 – 60 days before arrival: 60% of the total reservation
- 8 – 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total reservation
- From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total reservation
- Date of arrival, early departure, or if the guest does not show: 100% of the total reservation.
In case of cancellation due to higher force or circumstances that could not be expected to occur (we will need some proof of such case), the cancellation costs will not be charged.
